The property and house are rented on an exclusive-use basis, with a maximum capacity of 16 guests. To book your stay, please fill out the form and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Check-in: from 5:00 PM
Check-out: by 11:00 AM
Late check-out and early check-in are subject to availability.
Seasons & Rates
Low Season: October to May (excluding Christmas, New Year, and Easter weeks)
Minimum stay: 2 nights
Rate per night: €1,200
High Season: June to September (plus Christmas, New Year, and Easter weeks)
Minimum stay: 4 nights
Rate per night: €1,500
Security deposit: Required at check-in in the amount of 1 night’s stay. This value will be fully refunded within 7 days after check-out.

For events, pricing is agreed on a case-by-case basis between both parties.
